Authentic Italian Pasta Recipe

Authentic Italian Pasta (my family recipe) I make this recipe quite a bit! Hope you're hungry! (Note: we don't use oregano, it bothers my stomach) You will need a fairly large pasta pot, a large sauce pot, large bowl and a frying pan for this recipe. 1. Ingredients: 5 Large tomatoes, crushed. 1 can or large tube tomato paste. 1/2 cup basil dried or 1 medium bowl fresh basil leaves, shredded 1 Whole garlic bulb, crushed or 4 tablespoons course garlic powder. 2 cups sliced black olives (or any other olive you prefer) 2 Large green peppers. 1 Whole red onion, chopped. 1/4 Cup olive oil. 4 Cups water (for sauce) 2 Lbs ground beef. 5 Lbs Semolina pasta. 1 Entire stick of butter (2 cups) 5 Tablespoons Salt to cook with. 1. How To Cook The Perfect Steak

How to prepare the perfect beef steak (my family recipe) 1. Prepare your pan. - Turn on medium heat. - Pour a thin layer of olive oil in your pan. - Sprinkle liberally in to the pan: Garlic, basil, cinnamon. - Salt the pan lightly. 2. The beef steak. - Place steak into warm pan. - Sprinkle liberally on top of steak: Garlic, basil, cinnamon. - Salt steak lightly. 3. Place clear lid on pan. *so you can see the steak cooking* 4. After the steak reaches 160F (71C), turn the steak over. - You may want to make a small slit in the steak to see how it's cooking inside. 5. Take out of pan while there is still mostly pink on the inside of the steak. - The amount of time to let it cook depends on how pink you want it to be. 6. Serve with authentic Italian pasta and breadsticks (to soak up all that yummy blood!)
