22 Harmony's Adventure Continues
Oh, you thought that was the biggest thing that happened in Kindergarten? Clearly you have not lived in the South. Harmony insisted on wearing her pentagram to school. The other kids were allowed to crosses; why couldn’t she wear her necklace? It was hard to explain to a five-year-old why she couldn’t wear her symbol of belief to school. After finding out she was going to sneak it in to school anyways, Porcelain finally let her. Some kids needed to learn the hard way. As a compromise, Harmony would have ‘circle time’ with her friends in a nice shaded area on the playground, so she could go outside with her classmates. She assured her mother that she hadn’t mentioned anything Pagan, as she was warned not to. Instead they would just chat, sharing stories and giggles about their pets.
